California LGBTQ Caucus Announces 2025 Legislative Priorities

The California Legislative LGBTQ Caucus, comprised of 14 Members of the Legislature, announce its annual legislative priorities and endorsed bill package. This robust legislative package falls under the Caucus’s core buckets for this year: 1) Protecting against anti-LGBTQ+ attacks and 2) Advancing our progress and addressing everyday challenges. Bills under these buckets address important, core issues involving healthy equity and access; privacy rights and freedom from retaliation; vital records; combatting hate; enhancing supports in education and housing; and supporting families in California.
